Rotel Releases Updated MKII Range of Integrated Amplifiers

Building on the legacy of Rotel's 60 years, the iconic brand has released new MKII versions of the A14, RA-1572 and RA-1592 integrated amplifiers.

Rotel says the A14, RA-1572 and RA-1592 have “extensive acoustic circuit upgrades and have been reengineered to an even higher level of performance leveraging technologies developed for the Michi Series.”

Of note are a reported 98 signal path component changes and circuit design enhancements that Rotel says offers “more details in the rendered audio with a larger sound stage and improved spatial positioning.”

All three models also support MQA and MQA Studio unfolding and rendering, thanks to a new Texas Instruments 32-bit/384kHz Digital to Analog Converter (DAC). The PC-USB connection supports MQA up to 24-bit/384kHz audio and PCM audio playback up to 32-bit/384kHz.

Importantly, all three models are also Roon Tested and fully compliant with the now established benchmark in music and library management platform.
