Holburn Hifi x Fezz at the Edinburgh HI-AV Show

Holburn HiFi will exhibit a choice selection of high-end audio equipment at this weekend's Edinburgh HI-AV Show.

Visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to experience a meticulously curated setup featuring the Fezz Titania, Mira Ceti 300b, and the Gratia Prestige Phono Stage. These will be showcased in the luxurious setting of the Douglas Suite, promising an unforgettable auditory experience for all audiophiles and enthusiasts.

The Fezz Titania is touted as "an exceptional tube amplifier renowned for its robust performance and sonic clarity." The Titania's ability to deliver a warm, rich sound is perfectly complemented by the Mira Ceti 300b, a single-ended tube amplifier revered for its "detailed and dynamic sound reproduction." The Gratia Prestige Phono Stage will complete this trio, ensuring that vinyl playback is executed with the highest fidelity, capturing the essence of every recording.

Holburn HiFi's system will be paired with the ScanSonic Q3 alongside the new Fyne Audio F501E. We are told that these speakers will work in synergy with the Fezz Audio components, providing a well-rounded and immersive listening experience that highlights the strengths of each element.

The analogue front-end is handled by a Michell Gyrodec, a turntable known for its precision engineering and outstanding playback quality. The Gyrodec's iconic design and superior build quality make it the perfect source component for the high-end system on display.

Whether you are a seasoned audiophile or a curious newcomer to the world of high-fidelity audio, this exhibit promises to deliver an engaging and enlightening experience.

The Edinburgh HI-AV Show will be held at Doubletree By Hilton Edinburgh Airport on Saturday, November 9th, and Sunday, November 10th.

applause awards

Each time StereoNET reviews a product, it is considered for an Applause Award. Winning one marks it out as a design of great quality and distinction – a special product in its class, on the grounds of either performance, value for money, or usually both.

Applause Awards are personally issued by StereoNET’s global Editor-in-Chief, David Price – who has over three decades of experience reviewing hi-fi products at the highest level – after consulting with our senior editorial team. They are not automatically given with all reviews, nor can manufacturers purchase them.

The StereoNET editorial team includes some of the world’s most experienced and respected hi-fi journalists with a vast wealth of knowledge. Some have edited popular English language hi-fi magazines, and others have been senior contributors to famous audio journals stretching back to the late 1970s. And we also employ professional IT and home theatre specialists who work at the cutting edge of today’s technology.

We believe that no other online hi-fi and home cinema resource offers such expert knowledge, so when StereoNET gives an Applause Award, it is a trustworthy hallmark of quality. Receiving such an award is the prerequisite to becoming eligible for our annual Product of the Year awards, awarded only to the finest designs in their respective categories. Buyers of hi-fi, home cinema, and headphones can be sure that a StereoNET Applause Award winner is worthy of your most serious attention.
